What is dealer training about?

Knowing what to expect from trained dealers is what it is all about!

In order for sales people to help people with physical difficulties thoroughly and correctly, training is essential and summarized in categories as follow:

  ♿   Sales representative sensitization

  ♿   Needs assessment reports and forms handling

  ♿   Systems, setup and product knowledge base

  ♿   Vehicle warranty implications and ITAC certification procedures

  ♿   Installation project- and delivery planning

 

In order for dealers to qualify as 'trained partners', a contract will have to be concluded under which it is guaranteed that trained personnel will always be employed at all times. Purely because we want to refer dealers that are adequitly equipped to help you.

 

What is the dealer awards programme?

Dealers can benefit from helping disabled customers effectively and adequitely.

Benefits are structured as folow:

 

  ♿   Dealer of the year (Platinum Award)

        At the end of each year, EZ-Drive retrieves a track record of all dealers that have used our

        services and then establishes which dealer made the biggest 'IMPACT' on disability driving

        for that year. The winning dealership is awarded with a certificate as 'dealer of the year'.

 

  ♿   Preferred dealers list (Gold Member)

        Preferred dealers are selected dealerships standing first in line and have completed our sales

        representative training.

        They are experienced in assisting with TAX rebate claims on new vehicles.

        They are largely competent in discussing systems types and needs of the customer.

  ♿   Recommended dealers list (Silver Member)

        These are dealers who have proved their loyalty and helpfullness towards disabled drivers.

        They might also be experienced in assisting with TAX rebate claims on new vehicles.

        They might be experienced in discussing systems types and needs of the customer

        to some extent.

  ♿   Merrit awarded dealers list (Archive)

        Dealerships can receive merrit awards for various reasons and motives. EZ-Drive encourage

        sound bussiness principles and practices, so we want exactly that to stand out!

  ♿   Dealer discounts & promotions (Credit Card)

        Dealers can work towards qualifying for discounts on regular recurring installations.

        Sometimes dealers can also participate in promotions occasionally available from EZ-Drive.
